You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe that your account has been compromised or used in violation of this Agreement.

3. Services Provided

AIBOT provides an artificial intelligence-driven platform that assists with cryptocurrency trading. The services include:

  • AI-based market analysis and trade execution.

  • Real-time trading insights and data analysis.

  • Risk management and automated trading features.

Please note that AIBOT does not guarantee profits, and the crypto market is highly volatile. Any trades made through AIBOT are at your own risk.

4. Use of the Platform

By using AIBOT, you agree to:

  • Use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable local, national, and international laws.

  • Not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities through the Platform, including but not limited to market manipulation, money laundering, or unauthorized access to the Platform.

  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers or networks.

  • Not use the Platform to engage in activities that could damage, disable, or overburden the Platform's infrastructure.

AIBOT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine that you have violated any of these terms.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of your investment. By using AIBOT, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Market Risk: Cryptocurrency markets are volatile, and AIBOT cannot predict market movements with certainty.

  • AI Limitations: AIBOT uses advanced AI algorithms to analyze the market, but there are no guarantees of profit or accuracy. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

  • Losses: You are solely responsible for any losses incurred as a result of trading activities, including those executed by AIBOT on your behalf.

We recommend that you only trade with funds you can afford to lose and seek advice from a financial professional if necessary.

6. Fees and Payment

AIBOT may charge fees for using certain features or services on the Platform, including but not limited to trading commissions, subscription fees, and transaction fees. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease, but any obligations, including payment for services rendered, will survive.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIBOT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses.

Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid to AIBOT for the service that gave rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIBOT, its affiliates, employees, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, including violations of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or any breach of applicable laws.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where AIBOT is incorporated.
